Terms and Conditions 55rp

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and 55rp ("Platform", "us"). This document sets out the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing your use of the 55rp platform, including all games, services, and features available on it.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or using any 55rp service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 55rp's services.

These terms apply together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy 55rp, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and our platform.

To register and use 55rp services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 55rp enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the country in which you reside.
• One account per individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one 55rp account. Owning multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of funds.
• Not an agent or proxy: You are registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party, company, or organisation.
• No active restrictions: Your account has never been suspended or banned by 55rp previously due to fraud or a breach of terms.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. False or inaccurate information is a serious violation that may result in account closure and freezing of funds without prior notice.

55rp conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of its compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identity card, passport, or other supporting documents for identity verification purposes.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. 55rp reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing until identity verification is fully complete.

• Account password is your personal responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone, including 55rp support staff.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended to add an extra layer of security to your account.
• Update information your personal details immediately should any changes occur, such as your phone number or email address.

55rp supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make your deposit transactions seamless. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden fees on our end.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 55rp does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit from a third-party account is detected, 55rp reserves the right to return the funds and suspend the relevant account.

55rp members are entitled to withdraw funds held in their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being fully met:

• Full KYC verification: The member's identity must be fully verified before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Bonus rollover requirement: If there is an active bonus in your account, the associated wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Same payment method: Your first withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for your first deposit, as a security measure.
• Minimum withdrawal limit: The minimum amount per withdrawal request is MYR 50.

55rp processes withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe. Withdrawals are typically credited to the member's account within 1 to 24 hours, depending on the chosen payment method and the time the request is submitted.

55rp offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to rollover requirements and specific rules stated on the relevant promotions page.

Rollover requirement refers to the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus, depending on the offer type) must be wagered before any withdrawal can be processed. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 5x rollover requirement means you need to place total bets of MYR 500 before a withdrawal is allowed.

• Welcome bonus can only be claimed once by each new member and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus expiry date: Each bonus has a validity period that must be met. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward the rollover requirement. Please check the game contribution table in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse detection: 55rp reserves the right to void bonuses and decline withdrawals if bonus abuse is detected, including arbitrage wagering or the use of multiple accounts.

All games on the 55rp platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent third-party body. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including 55rp itself.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is publicly disclosed and can be reviewed in the respective game information. 55rp does not modify the RTP settings of any game from the values originally set by the game provider.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automation software (bots), or employ other unauthorized methods to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate closure of the relevant account without notice
• Freezing and forfeiture of all associated wins
• Reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary

All 55rp members are required to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. Unacceptable behavior that may result in disciplinary action includes:

• Abusive, threatening, or offensive language or communications in a live chat session with other players or support staff.
• Fraudulent attempts including the unauthorized use of credit card or bank account information.
• Collusion between players in poker or other competitive games to cheat other players.
• Unauthorised chargeback — filing a chargeback with your bank after a deposit has been used in gameplay.
• Account sharing — a 55rp account is for individual use only and may not be shared.

55rp takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. Information you provide during registration and platform use is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with Privacy Policy ours that complies with international data protection standards.

Your data is used solely for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement purposes. 55rp does not sell, rent, or disclose members' personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or court order.

The 55rp platform is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure that all data transmitted between your device and our servers cannot be intercepted or read by unauthorized parties.

55rp strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times with a 99.9% uptime rate. However, we cannot guarantee the platform will be entirely free from technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or extraordinary events beyond our control.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, 55rp will take reasonable steps to restore the account to a fair state based on system records. 55rp's decision in such matters is final.

55rp is fully committed to a healthy and responsible gaming culture. We provide a range of self-control tools that members can activate at any time through their account settings:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limit: Set a maximum deposit limit within a specified period.
• Loss limit: Cap the maximum loss amount allowed within your chosen period.
• Session time limit: Set a session time limit for each login session.
• Reality check: Receive periodic reminders about the duration and amount you have spent.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close access to your account if you feel you need a break from playing.
